Heading Home

Heading home now, we drove through the rest of New Mexico, the northern panhandle of Texas, and most of Oklahoma.  In Conway, Texas we stopped again at the Volkswagon Henge to take more photos.

We stopped for the night in Illinois and West Virginia.  Our last road meal was at Penny’s Diner in Low Moor, Virginia.  This is a favorite whenever we’re in this part of the state.  It’s a new version of the retro diner, but it’s open twenty-four hours and serves honest diner food.
